When you buy or bid
We collect the contact and company details you provide, your selected spaces, artwork, instructions, bids and payment status to process your order and deliver your campaign. Auction participation also requires the identity and consent details requested on the bid form.
Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We retain payment references and transaction records, not full card numbers. A purchasing company’s name may appear on its purchased listing. Company names, logos and accepted bids may appear on auction boards when an auction is open. Private contact details and uploaded order artwork are not published automatically.
Website statistics
We collect anonymous visit statistics, such as which public pages are viewed, referral sources, browser types and approximate visitor locations, to understand and improve the website. These statistics do not include inquiry text, uploaded artwork or payment details. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
Security and storage
We use basic technical records to protect the website and prevent spam. The inquiry form does not track your activity across other websites. It does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
Essential browser storage helps restore your checkout, selected placements and sign-in session. Service providers help us operate the website, process payments and deliver campaigns. Transaction records may be retained for payment, accounting and legal requirements.
